New Song is a church for every generation, every race, and people from all kinds of families. You are welcome at New Song if you've never been to church, if you haven't been for a long time, or if you have been a church-goer all your life. At New Song, we appreciate and accept all people as the unique and special gifts God has made us to be.

The truth is simple: God loves and desires a relationship with you. No matter who you are or what has happened in your past, God still loves you. At New Song, you'll experience how much God loves you and wants to be a part of your life.
Why is the church called New Song?
Our name is taken from the Psalms of the Old Testament. Many of the psalms are songs of praise raised to God. In Psalm 40:3, for example, we read "He put a New Song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord."
We believe as God loves us, God puts a New Song in our hearts. Then as others see what God has done for us, they too will want to put their trust in the Lord. People yearn to sing a New Song with their lives.
Another reason for selecting New Song as the name for this faith community comes from our location in the Anthem communities of Henderson, Nevada. Many of the streets in this community are named after musical terms or instruments. The address for our new church, for example, is 1291 Cornet Street.
Who's providing the seed funds to birth this new congregation?
There are literally hundreds of people all across the United States who are behind the birthing of this new faith community. Through generous offerings and intentional prayer, members in congregations across the country have provided seed funds to support this new congregation. In particular a group of congregations in Minnesota have taken on the role of Mission Founders providing significant dollars over a three year period to birth this new church. They are Oakgrove Lutheran, Richfield, MN; House of Prayer, Richfield, MN; Richfield Lutheran, Minneapolis, MN; Diamond Lake Lutheran, Minneapolis, MN; and Woodlake Lutheran, Richfield, MN.
